6) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

7) Promotions, Coupons, and Bundles

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URBEE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT WILL URBEE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO URBEE FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URBEE and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

15) Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (U.S. Standard)

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, you and URBEE agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any purchase (“Dispute”) will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court.
• No class actions: You and URBEE agree not to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
• Arbitration rules: The arbitration will be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider (e.g., AAA) under its applicable consumer rules, as modified by these Terms.
• Location: Unless you and URBEE agree otherwise, arbitration will take place in Broward County, Florida, or may be conducted remotely if permitted by the arbitration provider.
• Severability: If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration section may be deemed null and void to that extent, but the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

16) Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

3) REFUND POLICY (Returns & Exchanges) — URBEE LLC

We want you to love your URBEE items. If something isn’t right, this Refund Policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible:
• Items must be unused/unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags and packaging should be included when possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
• Final sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper washing

4) One Free Size Exchange (U.S. Orders)

A size exchange means exchanging the same item (same design/style) for a different size, subject to availability.
• We offer one (1) free size exchange per order.
• After the one free size exchange is used, additional exchanges may require the customer to pay shipping costs.
• If the requested size is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit (at our discretion).

5) Return Shipping Costs (Standard U.S. Practice)
• Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

6) Refunds
